This Villa typical of the XVII century is situated in a very quiet area just outside of the small village of Mercatale, that is easily reachable by feet in 10-15 minutes walking, and where you have all kind of shops, bank and pharmacy. San Casciano is at 4 Km distance, where you have many good restaurants, Florence is at 15 Km and Siena is at 50 Km.
A small road will lead you to the house, where you will discover an incredible panorama on the hills that characterise this area in Tuscany: gentle slopes with vineyards and fields dotted with olive trees. In the clear days the view arrives until the higher mountains of the Appenini.
The villa is on two levels:
On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace with exit in the garden, a kitchen with exit in the garden, too, one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor there are three double rooms and a bathroom with bath tub.
In the garden outside there is possibility of parking place, and to eat outside among the olive trees. Nice pool of 6X13,50 m

North of Florence in Tuscany, surrounded by the Appennini Mountains with their Pass leading to Bologna, is the area of the Mugello and the Sieve Valley, characterised by the untouched nature of the hills, cultivated with vineyards and olive groves, that climbing towards the mountains, become fresh woods of chestnut trees and oaks, that offer their freshness during the hot days of Italian summer.
In the heart of Mugello, where the river Sieve cross with the San Gondenzo, one of the many streams that comes down from the mountains, lies the village of Dicomano, and at 2Km distance, going up a white road of about 1Km, is situated the property of Poggio alle Nuvole, where the owner has recently restored two nice villas, giving them at disposal of those who wish to spend a holiday in the quietness of these places, discovering a different rhythm of life.

Going up Arno valley until the nice village of Le Sieci, proceeding among the wood around Florence, passing through a white road of 800 meters, a valley immersed in the green of the vineyards will open to your eyes, and in the middle of it you will see the complex of Vignola.
The estate of Vignola, a small farm with its production of Wine “Chianti Rufina” D.O.C.G., leave at disposal of its guests four apartments in an old rural house, that was recently restored.
The careful restoration has brought back to life the original structures of the buildings, discovering niches in the wall, arcades of ancient bricks and re-opening windows that were hidden from time. The cotto floor, the wooded beams and the wise use of the old materials, recreate the charming atmosphere of the typical Tuscan houses.
A characteristic outside area with a stone pavement has given the possibility to create nice furnished corners one for each apartment. In the nearby garden is situated a beautiful swimming pool (12X6 meters) to refresh the hot summer days.

This small but ancient farming estate with production of Chianti wine, olive oil and grappa, next to the Romasque church S. Appiano of the 9th Century, has in his property 8 apartments at disposal of its guests.
The farm is hidden in the tuscan countryside, among the small roads that lead to know corner of the Chianti area still remained as in the old times: ruins of rural houses that you can meet on the road, ancient Churches like Sant'Appiano, medieval hamlets, like Linari, at 1Km from the farm.
The apartments were restored during the years: two in the main farm, two in a house inside the hamlet, and four in a grange near to the swimming pool. The simple style of the apartments, equipped with simple tuscan furniture, will let you spend a holiday near to the rural life of the country.

The barn situated near the main farm has been the last to be restored, dividing it into four apartments, with simple tuscan furniture, but with all comforts for a holiday among the nature. Fattoria Paganello is one of the biggest Chianti wine producer of the area. The farm can be reached through a 2 km white road and it is located in a panoramic and totally quiet position.
The U-shaped old villa finds its origin in the 18th century and also today the view over the vineyards from the inner-court still has the romantic atmosphere of ancient times, especially during sun-set.
The apartments are very characteristic with huge rooms very representative of the original structure of ancient country-villas.
